On the Road

Each summer Quynn picks up stakes in Tucson and goes on the road around the western United States. She travels to fulfill her role as Public Lands Witness, and to offer shamanic workshops and experiences with people along the path.

As a Public Lands Witness, Quynn documents issues that affect our commons west of the Rocky Mountains, with particular interest in the following areas: Watershed Restoration, SUNWA’s Central Nevada Aquaduct Project, Experimental Forest in the Olympic Forest (Washington), and Silver Valley, Idaho, the largest Superfund site in the USA.

“Inner Journeys” Shamanic Journeying Workshop

11:30 to 4:30pm in Phoenix, Arizona

This is a Meaningful Things Production. Explore your inner world and expand your intuitive abilities with Quynn Elizabeth. Linda Rettinger, founder of Meaningful Things in Phoenix, took Quynn’s first Shamanic Practitioner Training in 2004. Now she brings Quynn up to Phoenix once a year for a very special workshop. This is the fourth workshop hosted by Linda.

Linda says- “Quynn's unique way, or shall I say, gift, for teaching is like no other. She will guide you through journeys with your ancestors, guides, angels, higher self, and totem animals through her instruction and dynamic drumming. Teachers like Quynn are a rare find.
If you are guided to do this workshop, and you feel you are meant to be here, I encourage you to follow your intuition. The cost for the 5 hour workshop will be $55 which will include drinks and food. Times and location will be announced as we get closer to the date. Mark your calendar!”

Shamanic Journeying Workshop with Quynn Elizabeth
in Portland, Oregon Saturday, September 6th 2008 11am-3pm

Experience the power of the shamanic journey!
You have the ability go within for teachings, healings, and guidance from your own inner wisdom. Listen to the drum and let your mind wander!
Quynn Elizabeth, shamanic practitioner and founder of The Institute for the Shamanic Arts in Tucson, AZ, will be in Portland, Oregon for a unique shamanic experience. This four hour session will offer an introduction by Quynn, as well as 3 different shamanic journeying sessions. Whether you are a shamanic beginner, or you have had an array of experiences, you will receive something new this afternoon.

Quynn’s goal is that every participant receives personal, useful information that assists them on their path.
A community rhythm/trance session will close the circle, to honor the information that was received, and to express gratitude to the spirit world and ancestors. Bring a drum, rattle or sound maker if you have one. Voices are great!
